Cable preparation
Before a cable is inserted into a terminal, it needs to be correctly prepared. Its preparation depends on its type and the type of the terminal, into which the cable will be inserted.
At the end of the cable that will be inserted into the terminal, remove insulation as indicated in the Terminal data table.

Remove suitable length of the cable sheath. Refer on the figure in Installation procedure – step 6.
Remove insulation of individual conductors as defined in the Terminal data table.
When using terminal sleeves at the end of the stranded (flexible) wire, take into consideration the diameter of the terminal, the length of the sleeves and the way of crimping.
